Traefik migration scripts for managed instance groups

We’ve added migration scripts to move Traefik infrastructure from a single virtual machine setup into a managed instance group deployment model. This update improves scalability and makes infrastructure migration easier to execute with the supporting components required for a more resilient deployment footprint.

What changed

Migration scripts now support moving Traefik infrastructure into a managed instance group deployment model.

Provisioning now covers the supporting infrastructure required for load balancing, health checks, networking, and startup automation.

These updates improve infrastructure scalability and simplify migration from single-instance to managed deployments.
